Family Physician | CEO
Dr. Tinuke Olaleye
MD, MPH, FMCOG, FWACS (O&G), CCFP
Dr. Tinu is a dedicated family physician and the founder of Synergy Family Care Clinic. With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, her areas of interest include family medicine, women’s health, public health, and patient-centered clinical care.
Dr. Tinu has practiced in the medical field in both Nigeria and Canada, bringing a diverse and global perspective to her work. Her strong academic background and clinical expertise allow her to provide comprehensive care while fostering a welcoming environment where patient comfort and well-being are always a priority.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Tinu enjoys reading, travelling, and spending quality time with her family and in community.

Dr. Bolanle Adedeji
MBChB, MRCGP
Dr. Bolanle is a family medicine physician (General Practitioner) at Synergy Family Care Clinic, trained in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
She loves family medicine because it helps her stay connected to her patients and offer continuity of care.
She enjoys travelling, good music and adventure. She is happy to join the Synergy Family Care Clinic team, and is committed to partnering with you to support your health and well-being.

Allianna Samilin
Allianna serves as the Clinic Manager at Synergy Family Care Clinic. She earned her Medical Office Assistant diploma from triOS College. With over 13 years of experience in the customer service industry, she brings strong communication, organizational, and patient-support skills to the clinic.
Allianna helps oversee clinic operations while continuing to support patients. She is passionate about fostering a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient environment for everyone who walks through the clinic’s doors.
Outside of the clinic, Allianna enjoys cooking and reading romance novels. She is excited to continue growing with the Synergy team and contributing to the high-quality care the clinic provides.

Medical Office Assistant
Uzma Sayed Zada
Uzma is a Medical Assistant at Synergy Family Care Clinic and a graduate of Reeves College. She is dedicated to supporting physicians and delivering efficient, patient-centered care, with a strong focus on preventive health and patient education.
She values the continuity of care that family medicine provides and appreciates the opportunity to assist patients and families at every stage of life. Uzma is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment within the clinic.
Outside of her clinical responsibilities, she enjoys continuous learning and spending quality time with family. She looks forward to welcoming and assisting you at the clinic.
